How to Create Multiple Streams of Income with Social Media

So glad that you are here today. This blog post has been requested so I just wanted to compile a list of ways you can make money on social media as a creator and how important it is to have multiple streams of income and not just rely on Instagram or one platform in general. Here’s a list of ways I currently generate income and hopefully this can help you come up with ways as well, especially if you’re wanting to go full time eventually!
10+ ways to generate income:
Sponsored Content
Brands pay you to post on your socials based off of your engagement rate, analytics, etc
You can pitch via email or brands will reach out to you directly (or through PR companies)
Content Creation
Brands pay you to create content specifically for them
You aren’t required to post on your own channels
Videos, ads, photos for their websites etc
This is where you are charging usage rates
Modeling
Standard hourly rate starts at $100/hr
No usage rates involved
Affiliate Marketing
LTK, magic links, etc
You earn a small commission when someone purchases from your links
The % ranges depending on the platform and retailer
Platforms
Aspire IQ, Fohr, Obvious.ly, #PAID, etc
Sign up on collaboration platforms to be considered for brand campaigns
Blog
This is the platform that you truly own

Not as popular as it once was, but creators are still making signature presets to sell
